Janice Whiting – Chief Executive Officer
Janice is one of the founders and co-creators of ICOM4, her expertise lies in strategic planning and execution, identify what companies need to do to take their business to the next level. Her previous consulting work has helped companies build strong performance cultures by working closely with executive and management teams to build the resources to achieve higher profits, ranging from planning, problem-solving, management development, structural change, and continuous improvement.
Janice’s career has taken her across industries working with all levels of management and leadership. Her diverse background and in-depth business knowledge allows her to bring a broad perspective to ICOM4 with a proven track record in how to improve effectiveness and performance. Her real world experience at operational, executive and board levels enables her to create effective roadmaps.
In addition to ICOM4, she is adjunct faculty at the University of California, within the management, leadership, change management, career development, workforce development and human resources sector. Janice holds a Masters in Science, Bachelor of Arts, professional EOS implementer and certified facilitation and strategic planning advisor from the Institute of Cultural Affairs.
Kenny Young – Chief Information Officer
Kenny Yeung, CIO, holds a MSc. Information Technology for Management, and BSc (Hons) Mathematics. He is responsible for implementing ICOM4 assessments, customisation and integration with existing HR platforms. Kenny is a Prince 2 qualified project manager and held a number of senior positions including lead technical architect, software development manager and Program Manager.
Tanya Harris - Advisor
Tanya, CEO of Harrman Cyber brings over two decades of performance analysis experience. She has a strong track record of successfully managing business performance through workforce monitored initiatives. Prior to relocating to Australia, Tanya was based in London, UK, representing Mercury Communications formally Telephone Rentals, as Head of the Time Management Division. They supported the manufacturing industry in improving the efficiencies and performance levels of their workforce, by identifying critical success factors that impacted on production and profits.
Key success factors include improving efficiencies, leadership development, performance psychology and performance evaluation. Tanya is the current Chair of the American Chamber of Commerce, Women In Leadership Division and continues to see the value of diversity in the workplace and is a strong supporter of the development and promotion of diversity in leadership. Tanya holds a Degree in Human Resource Performance Psychology, 6 year Study at the School of Philosophy and Diploma in Cognitive Thinking.
Chris Litherland - Advisor
Chris Litherland is International Human Resources, Organization Development, Change Management and M&A’s Consultant. Focused on Strategic challenges in Talent Management & Mobility, Organization Performance, Rewards & Recognition, Employer Branding, and Employee Engagement within Global Organizations. He has held senior international HR roles in Honeywell, Intermec Technologies, SAS Institute, and Fujitsu ICL. He is a graduate of Sheffield University with a degree in Environmental Studies, a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, SHRM-SCP and GPHR accredited, and former global advisory board member with SHRM. A regular Judge for International Business Awards, HR Awards, and member of Workforce Business Intelligence board. He is a frequent presenter and panelist at global conferences, panels and webinars. A keen supporter of charitable causes and organizations including: Save the Children and International Red Cross. He’s been located in Germany for the past 18 years and a long-time mobile worker.
Jim Schuler – Advisor
Jim’s has worked at the highest level around the world within the oil industry, negotiating on behalf of the USA government and agencies in Africa, Europe and the Middle East. In this time, he has gained a wealth of experience in multicultural environments and how to bring people from diverse backgrounds together to successfully achieve higher levels of productivity and profits.
Born in California, he attended Stanford University and his career quickly moved him to the Middle East where his success in the oil industry began.
Sean Hall - Advisor
Sean brings a diverse range of experiences in technology, marketing, fitness, management, education and advertising. The privilege of witnessing so many personal transformations throughout his career has him fascinated about the potential to harness this at scale for organisations. That’s where technology comes in and why he has chosen to work with and support ICOM4. His mission is to show that: by energising people to be the best version of themselves and helping organisations to see and enable their potential we can redefine productivity, unlock new pathways to growth and make a positive and significant contribution to the communities in which they operate.
Sean holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.), Marketing and Management from the University of Otago, a Scholarship at The Marketing Academy, and Design Thinking for Innovation at the D. School Institute of Design at Stanford and IDEO University.
